Made a phone call to ask for part I needed, which was in stock, I headed up there, and he even put it on for me. I appreciated the customer service provided.

I thought my Honda powered push mower was almost ready for the scrap heap, but Todd brought it back to life. I realize now that the shops I’ve been going to (for seasonal maintenance) weren’t getting the job done. My mower runs and cuts like new. I’ve found my new small engine repair shop.

They had the parts that I needed in a pinch; but won't bother doing business with them ever again. Their prices are very high and the staff is pretentious; they know much more than anyone else. Maybe I just caught them on a bad day, that's possible. However, given that my father also has had similar experiences with them, I believe that is their MO. I try my best to support local business, but given the cavalier attitudes and high part prices; do yourwallet and temper a favor and buy online.
